STORY | The story is about falling for each other by Preet Harpal and Mandy Takhar. However, the two can't get married as the elder brother of Preet Harpal, Guggu Gill hasn't tied the knot, and the reason behind it is Yograj Singh's rivalry. This is when Preet Harpal plans to put things straight into a twisted tale. |
ANALYSIS | This story has to do with self-respect and zeal. Daler Singh is making friendship with a person called Bakhtawar Singh, a village's Sarpanch. One day, Bakhtawar's mother talks about marrying her daughter with Daler Singh, who has already gone through a breakup and her age is about 35-40 years old, and Daler Singh is also about the same age, and for some reasons he has not yet married. So the sister of Bakhtawar and Daler Singh get engaged. When Bakhtawar Singh comes to Daler's house for a ceremony with complete village Panchayat, he sees the same person who broke with his sister and he's married to Daler's sister by chance. Unable to tolerate that man, Bakhtawar Singh gives up the idea of marrying Daler Singh with her sister, and after that the friends become the enemies. Daler gets upset even after so many years remembering how Bakhtawar insulted him. The younger brother of Daler, Preet, becomes aware of the entire story. When Preet realizes how Bakhtawar insulted his elder brother before the entire Panchayat, he decides to take revenge on Bakhtawar and decides to make a fake love story with the daughter of Bakhtawar. When Bakhtawar comes to discuss the marriage of her daughter and he sees Daler before him, he becomes very angry and the enemy comes alive again. This time Daler takes his revenge and rejects the proposal of Bakhtawar before Panchayat as a whole. Preet is set to marry another girl after that and she is found to be a niece of Bakhtawar Singh as well. There is a lot of quarrel between them both and in the end all misunderstandings get cleared up somehow and enemies become friends again. As the release date of ‘Lukan Michi’ is coming closer the makers are keeping the buzz stirring. As a step in the same direction, they have released two dialogue promos from the movie. While the first one is packed with a punch of Preet Harpal’s comic timing, the second one features the fire between Guggu Gill and Yograj Singh.
